3, diaphragm-type check valve is suitable for pipeline easy to produce water, the membrane could be eliminated when the aqueous medium is countercurrent generated, but by the temperature and pressure limits, typically in low pressure at room temperature pipe

4, for the time required to close a relatively small impact on water or water pipe, should use slow gentle swing check valve closed butterfly valve closed.

5, for the pump inlet pipe, should use the bottom valve, foot valve generally only be installed on a vertical pipe pump inlet and bottom-up flow of the medium;

6. Lift the more swing tightness, large fluid resistance, should be installed in horizontal horizontal pipe, vertical mounted in a vertical pipe;

7, the installation location swing check valves are not limited, it can be installed in a horizontal, vertical or inclined pipeline, such as mounted in a vertical pipe, the flow of the medium to be from the bottom up;

8. Swing check valves should not be made of small caliber, can be made into a high working pressure, nominal pressure up to 42MPa, nominal diameter and can do a lot, more than the maximum you can reach 2000mm. Depending on the shell and seal material can be applied to any work in any medium and operating temperature range. Medium is water, steam, gas, corrosive media, oil, pharmaceuticals, and so on. Medium temperature range between -196--800 ℃.
